DESIGNER BAG BINGO 2026

Join us for an evening of fun, bingo, and the chance to win designer bags! Adults 18+ May attend. NO CHILDREN, PLEASE!

We will also have raffle prizes, a 50/50, and a Calendar Board raffle. THESE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON SITE

WHERE: Bound Brook Elks (305 E. 2nd Street - no on-site parking. STAY TUNED FOR AVAILALE PARKING LOcATIONS. On street parking available also. Please mind the posted signs and adhere to all local laws)

TIME: Doors open at 5:00pm | Games begin at 6:00pm

COST: $40 per person or a table of 10 for $350 - includes 1 dabber, 10 games (3 cards per sheet), water, coffee, and desserts. PTO (FULL) members and Bound Brook School District staff receive a discount on general admission ($35) and tables of 10 ($325) 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT

Adults 18+ may attend. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN, PLEASE!

- Regretfully, this event is not handicap accessible. If you are unable to use stairs, there is no elevator into the event space. We can issue a refund if you purchased a ticket not realizing this information. Just reach out to bbptopayment@gmail.com for your refund  

-There is not on-site parking. Street parking is limited so we are encouraging carpooling if possible. Also, there will be additional parking at Community Middle School. Community Middle School is located at 120 E. 2nd Street in Bound Brook

- There is no outside alcohol permitted on site. This includes re-fillable water-bottles, Stanley type drink containers and unsealed containers meant to hold beverages. You are welcome to bring disposable water bottles, soda, juice, Gatorade, etc in sealed containers. We will have coffee, tea, and water available  as part of your admission. Soda, and beer, wine, and mixed drinks will be available for sale.

- Food will also be available as part of your admission in limited quantities on a first come first serve basis. You are welcome to bring food and snacks to enjoy throughout the evening. Light desserts will also be provided as part of your admission.

- Your entry includes a door prize drawing entry. We will drop the ticket for you and your entry packet will include the redemption ticket. There are no additional door prize tickets for sale at the event. We will call door prize number draws sporadically throughout the night. 

- You must be present to win all bingo board calls, the mini-tricky, the calendar board game, or the 50/50 prize (or have a trusted person present to claim your prize(s) if you have to leave early). 

- Additional ticket prices are as follows: 

* Mini-tricky tray: $15 per sheet (26 tickets per sheet - door prize ticket on this sheet get treated like a standard ticket and should be dropped into ). 10+ prizes baskets available with values between $50 and $100. We can accept cash, check, vemno, zelle, and paypal for additional purchases

* 50/50 Raffle (cash only): 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $12

* Calendar Board (cash only): 1 date choice ticket for $5 or 3 dates choice tickets for $12. One ticket per date available. Up to 365 tickets available for sales. Ticket is pulled and winner takes 50% of the sales from this drawing.

- We will have a dabber available on the table for each ticketed admission.  You may  bring your own dabber, or bring a marker/high-lighter to mark your boards if you prefer. All boards will be verified before awarding prizes.

- There will be 10 bingo games (games 1 - 9 will spell out C-R-U-S-A-D-E-R-S, and the 10th game is the full board). 1 main prize winner per game. Tie breakers are determined as follows:

• TIE BREAKERS - -  We will use a "Draw a Card" method: Tied players each draw a card from a standard deck of playing cards. The player with the highest card (with Ace being high) wins the main prize. The other player(s) will receive their choice of available consolation prize, such as a wristlet, wallet, alternate bag, accessory, extra sheet of tickets to the  mini-tricky tray, an entry into the 50/50 drawing later in the night, or one (1) complementary entry to our Tricky Tray Event on March 7th, 2025  .

- 50/50 and Calendar board games are CASH ONLY. We will have change
