Have you been doing some Spring Cleaning and are now ready to get rid of some stuff? Or are you a vendor/small business who looking to sell their items and/or get the word out about your products?

Sign up for a spot, and we will bring the customers!!!

Set up: 6am

Cars must be out of the lot by 8am!

Opens to public at 9am

What does it cost to have a spot? (spots are as wide/long as 1 parking spot) 

• SELLERS (individuals/neighbors - YARD SALE TYPE ITEMS ONLY):  1 for $25 / 2 for $40
• VENDORS (businesses, crafters, home bakers, fundraisers, etc): 1 for $35 / 2 for $50

YOUR SPOT(S) ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS PAYMENT IS MADE

Accepted payment methods for seller/vendor spots: Zelle (preferred), Credit card, Paypal, and Venmo

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Everyone is required to bring their own tents, tarps, tables
• Tents MUST be secured with weights (as we are on concrete). You will be asked to take down your tent if it is not properly secured
• All sellers will be responsible for setting the price of their items, taking payment, and making change. 
• No drugs, alcohol, or weapons are permitted to be on premises and/or sold at this event
• The PTO is not responsible for theft, damage, and/or misplacement of items. Please remain with your items/table/spot at all times. 
• Every seller is responsible for clean up at the end of the event. All unsold items MUST be taken with the seller. There is no disposal of unsold items on site.
